Life Skills (Academic)
9th - 12th Grade
M - F 8:30 to 11am
M - F 12:30 to 3pm
 

SummerWorks is an academic enrichment program designed to improve math, reading and study skills. In addition, SummerWorks helps students discover and begin planning for college, career or vocations. During the three-week program students are tutored in the areas of math, reading and study skills. Students will also explore possible career interests, visit colleges and businesses and engage in recreational activities.

2006 Highlights

  • Students toured five California colleges.
  • All students learned basic first aid and earned CPR Certification.
  • Volunteered at a local service agency sorting clothes and stacking food.
